Reservation Policy

Reservations are confirmed upon availability and may require advance payment or a deposit.

Reservation Requests

  • All reservations must be made through the hotel's reservation office, website, email, or approved booking platforms.
  • Guest will be required to pay a full amount for their duration of stay at the hotel.
  • Guests must provide accurate personal information, including full name, contact details, arrival and departure dates, and room preferences.

Reservation Confirmation

  • Reservations are considered confirmed only after the hotel issues a confirmation number.
  • Guests should verify all booking details upon receiving confirmation.

Guarantee and Payment

  • Reservations may require a valid credit card or advance payment to guarantee the booking.
  • The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize payment cards before arrival

Check-in and Check-out

  • Standard check-in time from: 3:00 PM
  • Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made within the specified period of 48 hours before the confirmed arrival date of the event or check-in.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges equivalent to one night's stay or the full reservation amount for events.

No-Show Policy

  • Guests who fail to arrive without prior notice will be considered no-shows and charged according to the hotel's policy.

Children’s Accommodation Policy

  • Children aged 5 years and below stay free of charge when sharing a bed with a parent.
  • Each room may accommodate a maximum of one child sharing a bed with their parent.
  • If more than one child is staying in the room, or if a child requires a separate bed or additional accommodation, this will be subject to a separate arrangement with the hotel and may attract an additional charge.
