  • Your information is used for managing check-ins, processing payments, providing room in-service, and accessibility for other complimentary hotel services.
  • We use the information for sending promotional emails, and loyalty program offers which are optional, and a client reserves the right to opt out.
  • The guest data registries are retained for legal compliance purposes incase of any national security or police investigations after unforeseen circumstances.
  • The premises is 24/7 under CCTV surveillance.

Guest rights

  • A guest reserves the right to request a copy of your data from the hotel or make corrections.
  • A guest reserves the right to withdraw his or her consent for marketing communications at any time.

Event Booking

  • All event bookings should be directed to the sales and Food & Beverage Hotel manager.
  • All bookings must be done 4 (four) days prior and an advance payment of 50% out of the total amount to be cleared 4 (four) days prior.
  • Numbers from 15 pax and above are recommended for buffet for smoother preparation and on time.
  • Incase of any cancellations or changes in bookings, the Hotel will require 48hours notice. Other than that, the client will incur charges for no show or late cancellation.
  • No outside drinks and meals are allowed in the hotel. Incase a guest brings in their drinks, cake, tents, bouncing castles and cameras, they will be subjected to a corkage fee as per the Hotel rates.
  • All conference meetings should be booked 4 (four) days prior.
  • No camera recordings and pictures allowed in the restaurant; this is to preserve privacy for other clients.
  • No poppers allowed in the restaurants especially during birthday celebrations.
